How can I place trade order online or receive a quote?
Log in using your trade account credentials and place an order. Your trade discounts will apply automatically. Trade orders can also be placed by calling one of our representative at 408.599.8857 or by emailing us at tradeorders@artviewings.com.
Which industries and professions qualify for the Artviewings Trade program?
Our Artviewings Trade discount is offered to interior designers, art advisory and consulting firms, professionals working with corporate clients and directly with homeowners on their home design or improvement projects.
Does Artviewings offer a gift card program?
At this time Artviewings does not offer any gift card programs. For trade partners who want to run a campaign, please reach out to us at 408.599.8857 or tradeorders@artviewings.com. One of our associates will be happy to assist you.

How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, wire transfers or company checks. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice.
Does Artviewings charge sales tax?
Yes. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, Artviewings will charge the sales tax associated with the delivery location.
We are required to collect sales tax in all states in which we have a retail presence. If you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate we are happy to waive the tax upon your request. Please note that all tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of Artviewings and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number we also require a copy of the certificate. You may submit this to TradeMembership@artviewings.com and reference your trade membership number.
How will I know that I received my Artviewings Trade discount?
The price reflected in your order confirmation includes your Artviewings Trade discount.
What is the Artviewings Trade return policy?
Artviewings trade orders allow for refunds, less any applicable shipping charges, for any product that you are not fully satisfied within 14 days of delivery. Returns are not allowed on any monogrammed or personalized or on custom artwork. To make a return please call a Artviewings trade representative at 408.599.8857.
