My painting, titled Apricot Candy Rose-2 represents my garden’s favorite, and I began painting it right after an afternoon meditation session. This painting is what I ‘see’ when I look at this rose, which grows on one of my most precious rosebushes. This oil painting was made over a two-month period and has an abstracted style.



This painting is the symbol

All dressed in color and beauty

Of the early morning

Untethered moment

That completely captures

As I turn to see the most cherished

And feel the reset of renewal

And unfolding love
